CARLOS BRENES MENA, MPM VP PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ PROJECT MANAGER
As Vice President of Project Management for GCI, Carlos oversees the internal project management of the firm, also leads multidisciplinary teams and manages specific projects. With several years of experience in the field of engineering and project management, Carlos has been involved in nearly every aspect of the design, construction and implementation process, including planning, programming, preliminary and feasibility studies, permitting, design, development of contract documents, bidding processes, project management, start up, commissioning, validation and turnover of facilities. Carlos likes the challenging environment of managing complex projects and compliments his professional practice with teaching in Master Degree programs in project management.
